But Then What?

You are born. You grow. You go from a baby to a toddler. But then what?

You go to school. You start in pre-k, and then kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school. But then what?

You get a job, or you go to college. If you go to college, you pick a major. You write papers and take tests. But then what?

You get a job. Then what?

You work that job, or another one, for a few years. But then what?

You work long enough to save some money and retire. But then what?

You enjoy retirement. Hang out with friends and family. Live a long life. But then what?

Some of us leave this world early. Some of us are blessed to have long lives.

But then what?

“Just as it is appointed for man to die once, but after this the judgment.” – Hebrews 9:27

“The Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.” – Matthew 16:27

At the end of life, we will face a judgment. Then what?
