Polishing the Pulpit is an annual lectureship directed by preachers for preachers. Many of the brotherhood's greatest teachers come every year to lecture to preachers on subjects ranging from improving a minister's family life, edification of the brotherhood, how to serve better, and many other topics.
In addition to educating ministers, Polishing the Pulpit also strives to educate elders. In 2006, there were 20 lessons directed towards elders.
