Dear Preacher,

Several months ago you delivered a very inspiring sermon concerning giving. My nine-year-old daughter retained the information and has continually followed through. She has given 100% of all the money she has received: gifts, allowances, jobs, etc.

While I was so proud of her dedication I felt it was my job to explain that any amount over 10% would be perfectly acceptable to the elders and to God. That’s when my child gave me a lesson on what pure unselfishness and faith was. “Mom, you give me everything I need and I don’t want anything else.” I’ve been striving to say those very words to my Father above ever since. How I have thanked Him for blessing me with children who assist Him in teaching me what Mark 10:15 means.

I just wanted to share this with you. Continue delivering God's message. Continue encouraging parents and grandparents to bring children to services to worship. Their innocents absorbs everything whether you expect it or not.
