My suggestion would be to read the Gospels of Mark and John, followed by the book of Acts. This will give you a clear picture of Jesus and the church He came to establish. Always begin your study with prayer for wisdom and understanding. Always end your study with a prayer thanking God for His word and for the strength and courage to be like Jesus and conform to His will
