Did Moses have more than one wife? According to my study, Moses
only had one wife - Zipporah. You may read of her in Exodus 4:25,
and also read of Zipporah and Jethro (Moses' father-in-law) in
Exodus 2:16-22; 3:1; 18.
In Numbers 10:29, there is a reference to Raguel who is identified
as Moses' father-in-law. Most commentators believe Jethro and Raguel
to be the same person. Others (e.g., Albert Barnes) note the use of
father in law may be used to indicate nothing more than related by
marriage, thus Raguel could have been Moses' grandfather or uncle by
marriage.
