I don't find any biblical principle that would forbid Christians from voting in an election. In fact, I believe Christians should vote when given the opportunity. What better voice could be heard as to the direction of a nation than that of God's people?

One danger is to place one’s faith in the political process. By this, I mean we must trust God and His word to affect change in society. This also means Christians must be active in teaching the word and living it before the world.
