Though one's conscience is not always a safe guide, I think it's safe to say your conscience is trying to tell you something. Romans 14:23 tells us we must do all things in faith and a clear conscience.

Additionally, the presence of bands, etc at bars and nightclubs is an attempt to draw customers. Therefore, though it is all about the music with you, playing in a bar creates an inducement for others to attend and participate in ungodly activities. Surely you would not want to lend a helping hand to draw people into this environment.

I strongly urge you to find another outlet for your musical talents.
