What formula do you recite when you baptize?

There is no baptismal formula to be recited at baptism. We baptize
in the name of Jesus, that is to say, by His authority. The baptism
authorized by Jesus is an immersion in water into the name of the
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matt 28:19) and is done in order to
obtain remission of sins (Acts 2:38).
