There are many books available, and many online sources to help you in your studies of the everyday lives of the people of the New Testament. I have a number of such books in my possession, and perhaps the best is Merrill C Tenney's New Testament Times (1965). There is also information to be found in Bible Dictionaries, particularly works like the original edition of The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, Halley's Bible Handbook, and Tenney's New Testament Survey (1961).

A www.google.com search using the keywords “Lives New Testament People” registered over 790,000 "hits." Many of these were not helpful, but I found an Amazon.com review of the book New Testament History by F.F. Bruce. It appears this book could also prove useful.
