From there you must turn onto the
Bridge of Faith, which is over troubled water (cf.
Matthew 4:1-11). When you get off the bridge, make a
right turn and
keep straight (
Hebrews 10:23).
You are on the
King’s Highway—Heaven bound (
1 Peter 1:4).
Keep going for three miles: One for the Father, One for the Son, and One for the Holy Spirit (
2 Corinthians 13:14).
Bypass
Hypocrisy Street, Gossiping Lane, and
Backbiting Boulevard (
James 3:1-6).
Here you have to go down
Longsuffering Lane,
Persecution Boulevard, and
Tribulations Street (
Job 14:1), but that’s all right, because
VICTORY BOULEVARD is straight ahead! (
